A beautiful lead crystal wine decanter from Carrs of Sheffield, with an elegant linear design.

The linear pattern adds to the graceful, elongated shape of the decanter. It holds 75cl – perfect for decanting a bottle of wine. There is a classic crystal ball stopper, and the sterling silver collar adds an elegant touch.Carrs is a family-run silversmiths based in Sheffield. The hand-finished collar is made from 925 sterling silver, which was hallmarked at the Sheffield Assay Office. The body of the decanter is made from 24% lead crystal.

Carrs of Sheffield was established in the famous silver-making city in 1977. Ron Carr originally made gifts and accessories, and since then, the family-run company has developed to offer a wider silverware portfolio. Still based in Sheffield, Carrs now sells its silver all over the world, in prestigious stores such as the Silver Room in Harrods. In 2009, the company acquired the Osborne Group, one of Sheffield’s famous cutlery manufacturers, expanding their tableware offer.
