All rights, including trademarks and copyright, on this website are licensed or owned to Bonds the Jewellers. You acknowledge and agree that all rights, are made available for your use while visiting this website. 

You also acknowledge that apart from your own personal non-commercial use, that any copying, storing of the website in whole or part, and display, distribute, reproduce or commercially use material or content from this website is Strictly prohibited without the permission of Bonds the Jewellers. 

Accuracy of Content.
Bonds the Jewellers has taken care in the preparation, presentation and descriptions of this site, also every care is taken when a price is quoted for a product or service on the website at time of being published. All weights, dimensions are given approximately only. We only accept orders if no errors are present in the description and price as published on the website. Please be aware that the colour of a product may vary slightly due to your monitor display and setting’s. 

Your Account Security.
Bonds the Jewellers cannot be held liable to any person for any loss / damage or information which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your account security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone, as you must keep it confidential at all times. 

Purchasing from us.
By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods / service and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods / services. We do not sell your details or pass them onto anyone else in any circumstance, under the Date Protection Act 1998. Should you want your details removed from our system please write to the address given on the contact page. 

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. 

For out of stock items, we will advise you should an item be out of stock and give you an estimate time of delivery, at this point you can cancel your order if you wish. We aim to deliver goods within 28 days, we cannot accept any responsibility for any loss or damage for late delivery that is beyond our control. Items can be returned within 7 days for a full refund minus post and packaging costs, all items must be returned by special delivery. A refund will not be accepted if any goods are damaged in any way. 

We aim to deliver goods to you within the time indicated by us but we cannot give an exact delivery date. If we have not delivered the goods within 28 days of expected delivery then you may cancel the contract, unless we have agreed a new date between us. We will refund any money should the contract have to be cancelled.

Postage.
Postage details are automatically calculated in the shop area but if you require more information on rates please go to our Contact Page 

Bonds the Jewellers reserve the right to use whichever method of posting it deems to be most suitable at any time. 

In addition to your statutory rights, most products are covered by the manufacturers guarantee against faulty workmanship/materials (times and terms can vary between products / manufacturers). 

Therefore please examine all goods as soon as you receive them and notify us immediately if you find anything wrong. 

Other information you need to be aware of.
A copy of these terms and conditions and your may not be kept by us so we advise you to print a copy of them for your information in the future. 

If you are a consumer you have the right, in addition to your other rights, to cancel the contract and receive a refund. You must inform us by writing or email us of your desire to cancel within seven days starting on the day after the day the goods are delivered to you. You must return the goods to us at your cost and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey, as you are responsible for these goods until they reach us. 

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you do not have the right to a refund for items that have been made to your own requirements, items that have been personalised or engraved, earrings body jewellery and items that are pierced due to hygiene reasons.

If you wish to cancel your order, please write or email us details are on our contact page. To cancel this contract you must give us notice within 7 working days starting with the day after the day you receive the goods from us. 

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if required, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive a notice of cancellation in writing from you. 

We would remind you that once you have notified us of your desire to cancel the contract there is a legal requirement for you to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your own cost to the address given and we advise you to ensure the goods are adequately insured during any return journey.
