What Are CAD Designs?

CAD (computer-aided design) is the process of using modern software to create highly detailed 2D and 3D drawings. How We Use CAD Designs

CAD designs also allow us to experiment and add unique touches, whether that’s by visualising proportions or making delicate adjustments that would simply not be possible to achieve by hand at the initial concept stage. For example, we can play around with angles to create subtle curves on ring bands or refined claw shapes without having to start from scratch by hand every time a tweak is necessary.

Once a model is fully formed and perfected, our expert jewellers then bring it to life in Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter using high-quality metals and carefully sourced gemstones. The modern CAD designs are brought to life using time-honoured and traditional hand-finishing techniques, resulting in fine British jewellery that is both classic and unique.
