These amazing fully enamelled hippos are one of our personal favourites from the Saturno collection. This is because the level of detailing in the enamelling is simply incredible.
This appealing family of hippo’s is crafted from sterling silver and hand painted with rich enamel colours. The artists at Saturno study their subjects to get a sense of their personalities as well as their shapes and shades. The hippo’s have a wonderful expression, which is highlighted in silver for extra detail available in three sizes.
Saturno’s figurines are made in Italy. The cast pieces are hand polished, then each one is individually painted. The pieces are glazed and baked, creating stunning saturated colours.
The hippo’s come presented in a smart gift box perfect for gifting.
