Sterling Silver Ebony Candle Snuffer Francis Howard

This classic little sterling silver candle snuffer from Francis Howard of Sheffield has a contrasting ebony handle. The bell-shaped snuffer is made from smooth sterling silver. The dark ebony wood handle ends in a silver tip. The attractive snuffer can be kept as a decorative companion for your candlesticks, or used to prevent wax splashes when you put out your candles.

It is made from 925 sterling silver, hallmarked in the Sheffield Assay Office. Family-run silversmiths Francis Howard was established here in 1870, and continues to create beautiful silverware in Sheffield to this day.
