These elegant hoop earrings are crafted by British jewellers Curteis from two shades of 9 carat gold. The rich yellow gold hoop has a rope-effect texture, contrasting with the flatter white gold band’s polished finish. They fasten securely with a yellow gold hinge and click-down closure. Curteis was established on a manor farm in Shropshire in 1975. The family continues to craft beautiful gold and silver jewellery to this day.

British jewellers Curteis began life on the family’s manor farm, Plas Yolyn, in Shropshire. Roger Curteis bought his first chain-making machine in 1975, and used his engineering skills to make jewellery. Demand for Roger’s homemade chains grew, and the business expanded out of the farm’s attic. Roger’s sons joined the business, and in 1990, the family firm moved to new premises. Today, Curteis is one of the country’s best-known jewellery manufacturers, making exquisite collections as well as their famous chains.
