A fire opal and diamond ring. Set with a octagon fire opal measuring approx, 6mm x 4mm, within a four claw basket style setting. Raised pierced rounded rectangular cross section shoulder, plain polished yellow shank. Either side on the shoulders are set seven round brilliant cut diamonds. and beneath the setting on each side are set nine brilliant cut diamonds. Hallmarked 18ct grade gold at the Birmingham Assay Office. Fire Opal AAA vivid ! top lustre with a excellent cut. Octagon weight 0.41 metric carat.
