The gold-plated flowers had a dramatic contrast. Black onyx is said to encourage strength and positivity, and is the anniversary gemstone for 10 years. The stud earrings have a silver post and butterfly fastening. British jeweller Curteis was established on a Shropshire manor farm in 1975. The Curteis family continues to craft beautiful jewellery to this day.

British jewellers Curteis began life on the family’s manor farm, Plas Yolyn, in Shropshire. Roger Curteis bought his first chain-making machine in 1975, and used his engineering skills to make jewellery.
Demand for Roger’s homemade chains grew, and the business expanded out of the farm’s attic. Roger’s sons joined the business, and in 1990, the family firm moved to new premises. Today, Curteis is one of the country’s best-known jewellery manufacturers, making exquisite collections as well as their famous chains.
