Jean-Christophe Novelli has devoted a lifetime to food. At just 14 he worked as a baker in his native France and by 20 he was head Private Chef to the Rothschild Family. In 1992 he was awarded his first Michelin star and the Egon Ronay Dessert of the Year Award, before spending 3 years at the Four Seasons Hotel in London, where he won a Michelin star and 5 AA rosettes. Now with over 25 years of experience and a total of 4 consecutive Michelin awards behind him, Jean-Christophe Novelli is arguably the most exciting chef in the UK today.
