I placed this order on Thursday, and sent an email to ask if there was anything that could be done to speed up delivery as it was a replacement for an anniversary present that i had stolen.

Having given up any hope of getting a present in time at such short notice, i received a phone call minutes after sending my emial, to say that it was being sent special delivery straight away, and i am happy to say it arrived this morning (Saturday) as promised. Anyway, she loved it, and i just wanted to thank you so much for helping me out.
